Choose one goal for a round

Aim involves moving to a target, stopping and following movement. XYDER AIM has separate modes for these actions. Do not try to break a speed record and remove every miss at once. Start by finding where control slips: use a mouse, familiar cursor settings, Normal difficulty and a 30-second round. Keep the window size for your next attempt.

Start aim training

Flicks: move and stop

After each hit, a sphere appears elsewhere in the arena. Move to it and click once your cursor is inside. If misses increase with speed, slow down next round. Compare accuracy with hits per second: quick misses are not quick hits. The recent-click map shows how far your stops are from the centre.

Micro-adjustments: finish the small movement

Targets are smaller and the next one appears nearby. This makes the exercise useful for comparing small corrections. Start with a move to the centre followed by a separate click, keeping your normal grip. If you repeatedly overshoot, slow down and practise stopping. One miss cannot prove sensitivity is too high; pace, wrist position and unfamiliar conditions can affect it.

Tracking: stay on a moving target

Hold the left mouse button and keep the cursor inside the sphere. On-target time is counted only while holding the button. The percentage uses the whole active round, so releasing does not improve it. Smooth following is more useful than sharp attempts to catch up. If you keep losing the sphere, start on Easy, then compare rounds at the same difficulty.

A short warm-up before CS2

This sample sequence introduces the exercises. It is not a mandatory programme or a promise of a higher rank. Review each round and choose one thing to focus on next.

  1. 30 seconds of micro-adjustments: calm movement and precise stops.
  2. 30 seconds of flicks: keep accuracy over longer movements.
  3. 30 seconds of tracking: hold the button and follow the sphere.
  4. Repeat the mode you need under the same conditions, then check the feel in your game.

How to read training statistics

Accuracy is hits divided by all clicks. Time to hit runs from target appearance to a successful click and includes finding it, movement and possible misses; this is not a separate reaction test. The median is the middle result; P90 is the threshold containing 90% of measurements. Check the six round segments for changes in pace or accuracy near the end. History saves conditions with results. Compare matching mode, difficulty, duration, arena size and input method.

Check the result in your game

The browser uses your system cursor, while CS2 uses its own input settings. Game sensitivity is not transferred automatically to XYDER AIM. This warm-up does not model recoil, character movement, positioning or shot decisions. Check your crosshair and sensitivity in a familiar game scene afterwards. Browser results compare your own attempts under matching conditions; they do not predict rank or measure mouse latency.
